Personalized Ayurvedic consultation, diet and lifestyle guidance, and Panchakarma-based supportive care according to individual assessment.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine that looks at health as a balance between an individual's constitution, digestion, daily routine, diet, sleep and lifestyle. An Ayurvedic consultation at Shree Ganesh Clinic starts with understanding you as a whole person, not just a single complaint.
Dr. Dipali Apate's consultations cover a detailed assessment of diet, daily routine, digestion, sleep, lifestyle, constitution and relevant health concerns, followed by Ayurvedic therapeutic and lifestyle guidance tailored to the individual — with planned follow-up to track how you respond over time.
What the consultation covers
- Diet — current eating pattern, food preferences and food intolerances, discussed alongside Ayurvedic dietary principles rather than a generic diet sheet.
- Daily routine (Dinacharya) — sleep and waking times, work pattern, physical activity and stress, and how these fit your day.
- Digestion (Agni) — appetite, digestion, bloating or gas, acidity and bowel pattern, reviewed as a core part of the assessment.
- Sleep — sleep quality, timing and any disturbance, considered alongside routine and stress.
- Seasonal routine (Ritucharya) — adjusting diet and lifestyle guidance to the season, where relevant.
- Constitutional assessment — your individual constitution and current state are considered as part of Dr. Dipali's clinical assessment, not from a self-scored quiz.
- Follow-up — planned review of how you're responding, with guidance adjusted accordingly.
About Panchakarma
Panchakarma refers to a group of classical Ayurvedic therapeutic procedures selected according to individual constitution, health status, clinical indication and physician assessment.
Not every patient requires Panchakarma. Whether any procedure is appropriate — and which one — is a clinical decision made by Dr. Dipali Apate after assessment, not something requested or self-selected in advance.
Panchakarma is not offered here as a universal detox, a treatment for every condition, or a guaranteed outcome of any kind. The information below is general background on what these procedures are; it is not an offer or guarantee that any specific procedure is available, needed, or suitable for you.
Panchakarma procedures — availability pending clinic confirmation
This list is general background on classical Panchakarma procedures, not a confirmed list of what is offered at this clinic. Which procedure, if any, is appropriate is decided by Dr. Dipali Apate after individual assessment.
